Painful Swollen gums
My husband had to remove a tooth when he was in school, it was not done properly and there was remnants left on the tooth.. now it is causing pain and the gum is swollen since yesterday.. there was bleeding from the crown of the swollen tissue once. Plz suggest some medicine and treatment for this .. facing difficulty in this lock down situation to meet a doctor in person..

Need to get X Ray and remaining part removed For now take medicine course:: Tab Augmentin 625mg (twice daily after meals) Tab Zerodol sp (twice daily after meals) Tab pantop d(early morning empty stomach daily) Take for 5days Do warm water gargles thrice daily for week

Warm saline gargle 4 to 5 time  a day Don't  eat from that side If there is no other  medical problem  than take medicine T Novamox  CV 625 twice a day with meal T ketrol  DT thrice  a day Cap Pensec  DSR once before breakfast Cap A to Z once  daily For three day

This looks like an infection has developed in the gums in that region. Please provide any medical history (illnesses) or allergies that your husband might have so medications can be prescribed accordingly. You will need to get an X-ray if the jaws.
Next Steps
Visit an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon at the earliest for removal of remaining pieces of tooth and cleaning out of the infection Get an X-ray. For right now- Betadine mouth rinse for gargles 2-3 times a day Tablet Dolo 650 for pain (since I do not know about your husband’s overall health)
