If OPG is normal and you don`t have any impacted or erupting third molar then the pain might be due to ear infection itself. Follow the medications given by your ENT.It should come down in a week.If pain still persist then visit a good dentist.

Hi.. Sometimes jaw joint problem causes ear and neck pain, as you are saying that it is not a jaw pain for ear infection your ent doctor must have prescribed medicines, and take those medicines. Observe for 1 week if pain is not reducing then visit dentist.

Hi mam If OPG is normal, you don't have to worry on jaw pain...This is just a radiating pain due to eat infection... Continue tablets prescribed by your ENT specialist for now...if pain persists for long time, consult your ENT doctor again to check for Sinusitis...because Sinus infection can also cause pain in jaw and cheek on one side...
