When urine is stored I feel pain in upper right sight of the c section scar.is this okk or not.usg report says uterine adhisions to the anterior abdominal wall.

You didn't mention how long ago you had the Caesarean.  Here also a physical examination by a Gynaecologist will be worthwhile.
