Since the ultrasound was normal, there is no cause of worry at present, and the breast pain could be due to hormonal changes which is quite common at this age. Continue the vitamin E tablets.
If the pain persists, check vitamin D levels as its deficiency could cause muscle and bone (underneath the breast tissue) related pain.
At age 39 pain in breast could actually be pain in the underlying bone area especially if the ultrasound findings are normal and you are already taking vitamin e supplements
get your vitamin D level check and start at calcium supplements regularly
