Pain in the lower abdomen
My mother is having pain in lower abdomen from few days. She is also having belching. What could be the reasons of the pain? Please tell. What are the treatment of it? Is it something to worry?

For belching ... Syp duphalac 30 ml HS and tab Pantop DSR 1 OD BBF To rule out pain ...need USG abdomen and detailed  discussion for further treatment

1. The reasons may be many that only an offline exam can suggest you. 2. However, try Duphalac 30ml at bed time today . See if her bowels get cleared. 3. Give Pentacid 40mg daily for 5 days and see the result. 4. If it still continues, consult for offline exam.
