My mother is suffering from serious pain
Patient has 2 medical problems
1: swelling on the right side of cheeks and serious pain in the gums of teeth of right side .
2: something bulky swelling in the right side of breast ( basically near under arms) felt like hard material on touching which is very painful .
The 1 st problem is from many years once ultra sound was done doctor said there is nothing to worry but the pain now is very serious.
The 2 nd problem is from few months back and initially it was not paining but last few days it is paining a lot .
Please help me out 🙏🏻

The 1st issue since swelling near gum region USG wouldn’t be beneficial in diagnosis . Needs to be clinical examination could be rule out Genjivitis or Cavities
The 2nd issue need to understand since when swelling is developed . Is there any fever on and off is there any discharge from the swelling sight
Next Steps
CT Face would give better picture for proper diagnosis
Regarding the Bulky swelling X-ray and Usg Focal Region would help and FNAC would be further plan
