Hello, High uric acid in blood,, leads to formation of crystals in joints which leads to inflammation, excess work on that joint could cause pain and swelling due to inflammation by crystals. Fubustat (xanthine oxidase - helps to reduce uric acid levels in bloods) and ethoshine is NSAID to reduce pain. high uric acid levels may be primary and secondary (due to other diseases, which can be found and treated). Please continue her medications. Have regular follow up with your doctor.
