Pain in the One leg , could be due to sciatica,other nerve entrapment, varicose veins,PAD etc .Pain getting worse at night can not be neglected, consult a orthopedist in your area for a clinical examination.
U have a leg pain which increases on chronic compression of ur lower back (sleeping) … hence its a radiculopathy and the DXR LS SPINE AP/LAT should be pbtained and followed up … meanwhile u can start with T PEA PLUS OD PC x 1 month and go to a physiotherapist for some back excercises
