After eating litchis in one side of mouth she is having pain not properly in teeth bt only when she drink water or tea her pain radiate to ear n whole left side jaw impinging pain

Your question is not very clear. I understand that this senior citizen lady has severe sensitivity to sweet ( litchis) and hot (tea) and even water and she has referred pain in the ear. Also, the pain is intense.
This appears to be a case of irreversible pulpitis . A tooth may be decayed and it’s nerve seems to be involved
