Pain in rct n Crown n bleeding gums
After RCT n Cap applied on preMolar 2 months ago, cap broke, new cap applied on 6feb2020. after one month, food started jammimg there n mild pain started on chewing. on 19.3.2020 doctor again PERHAPS filled the gap between gum n cap wid silver alloy. 2 days, it was fine but now I CAN'T CHEW, swelling and Pain occurs when i chew and Bleeding. when I woke up after sleeping for some hours, then it appears ok but as soon as I chew even soft food like grapes, problems reoccurs. When I put tongue in the gap between 2 teeth there, a tickling sensation like needle is felt sometimes. overall, I can eat as gums of both side of jaw has pain and swelling whenever I start chewing and beeding also starts. gargling withwarm water with salt and applying teeth astringent presently. Don't need pain killer but permanent cure to this problem so that I can eat anything normally as I used to be. I am in Allahabad and due to Covid19, no. dentist is available. Dr. Rahul Mathur was treating me well.

Professional approach will start with taking a xray which is not feasible at present. Start with this regimen:- Rx:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5 days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5 days before meals Brush from the gum towards the teeth esp.on affected side with Omnident toothpaste . Do warm saline after every meal Massage on gum over the tooth with Hexigel thrice daily for 5 days Also use Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days. ☆☆☆O2 antibiotic should not be taken if you consume alcohol as it has life threatening reaction .In case u took alcohol in last 15 days.take Tab Augmentin 625mg instead. Take care:)

Hi, from the history what u r giving , it seems that there is a gap b/w the cap and the adjacent teeth. Food impaction is taking place , causing swelling leading to pain / bleeding gums. Continue doing warm water with salt rinses 3-4 times daily , and also apply Tan x gel over the affected area . Avoid eating food from that side. Most importantly , KEEP THAT AREA CLEAN. Rinses/ Brushing / floss / interdental brushes or aids.
Next Steps
visit ur Dentist when Covid problem is controlled. Get ur said crown or cap changed .
Health Tips
keep the area clean.
