Pain in outside knee
Once while playing football I experienced pain in outside area of my left knee and I am still experiencing it since 2 weeks. There is no swelling and it does not hurt while running also . But it hurts when I am bending my left leg or turning it and sometimes walking also

Pain in the outer part of knee might be due to lot of factors.  So please visit a physiotherapist  may be sports physiotherapist if possible and have through assessment of the knee and other areas. Work along with the physiotherapist for better recovery.

There must be stiffness. So do stretching of hamstring and calf and IT band.
