As per your history your problem seems more due to your professional demands. You just need to maintain proper posture and take equal interval in between your work along with some stretching exercises in between.
Next Steps
Avoid sitting slouched , take proper back support, keep your laptop or computer on eye level with proper elbow support.
Health Tips
If you want to learn some exercises you can consult me online or take physiotherapy sessions in your area.

Maintain proper posture while.on.work, if cant then this wont go away easily. Hot water fermentation twice a day will help reduce pain quickly but not permanently. Visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and take electro therapy for a week and later with neck shoulder strengthening exercises, you'll get rid of it but do remember to maintain proper posture.

Hi.. work from home has caused this complain among many. Make sure that the top of your laptop screen is in the same height of your eye level. Use an ergonomic keyboard. make sure your elbows are rested on an arm rest of the chair and both the arm rest and table height should be same. You may use a Bluetooth keyboard or portable keyboard and keep it close to you also the mouse, so that you don't need to stoop forwards towards the table.
Next Steps
For the ongoing pain I would recommend ice pack. you need to take one on one consultation to address the ongoing symptoms.
Health Tips
Follow proper ergonomics and keep your self active.  Drink enough water. and do frequent deep breathing to de stress.

You have to check with your sitting posture and work station.  Your laptop or desktop should be at your eyesight level. Your chair should have back and neck support. You should take breaks in between your work for every one hour for atleast 2-3 minutes. You should do neck stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
Next Steps
If the pain persists or aggrevates you should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person or through online for complete assessment and treatment.
