Get an MRI done for your cervical spine. Could be start of cervical spondylosis. Get it treated by a physiotherapist specialised in ortho, sports and fitness. He/she will design an exercise protocol that will give you relief and save you from further damage

It is common to get neck pain if yoir posture is not good. Maintain proper posture and visit physiotherapy clinic, take electrotherapy for a week. The pain will reduce but check for the diet you take as well. eat less spicy food only.

You are suffering from cervical radiculopathy.Pls consult a good physiotherapist as early as possible and for the time being in home program start using soft cervical collar,do hot fermentation 2-3 times for 10 mins daily,take rest and stop using pillows.Take care.Hope it helps

It may be due to poor posture, because when ever u sit before a laptop ur neck will go forward posture if u sit for a long time it leads to spasm of ur neck muscles
