Pain in my left thigh and tightness
I feel tightness in my thigh subconsciously everytime Please help in resolving this problem . This is from many months

Don't sit in a cross position every time sit straight on the chair and just sleep over floor and raise your leg do up and down do some cycling in the sleeping position

Avoid sitting crossed legs and do not sat on one place for a longer time .. Prefer Cushion seats .. and get yourself evaluated before you started feeling pain in your lower back. For now prefer sitting with back support.
