As I can see in the pic both the molars are grossly various and would require an Rct followed by crown

Consult with a dentist
Online now
Hello Sir, Looking at the photographs it seems that the tooth are grossly decayed. First you need to get an X-ray done because in every case root canal is not possible and in your case not much tooth structure is remaining. If root canal is not possible then you can get the tooth extracted followed by which you can get an implant or bridge
Next Steps
Visit a dentist at the earliest
Health Tips
Endodontist will be the right person for RCT

Sir you have to get RCT done for saving these teeth but before that you should get the X-RAy done so that the dentist can see the exact condition of them because sometimes even RCT is not possible.

Hello, Definitely a root canal. If it is paining because of hot it is a case of irreversible pulpitis and can only be treated with a root canal.

You have crossed the time of getting it treated with simple filling. Three teeth need urgent attention. Get the x- rays done and then the rct can be planned out.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist for the same
Health Tips
You are too young to have so many teeth being spoiled. Ask for the maintainence advice. Or you talk for the same with me.

Hi.. The damage to your tooth seems unmanageable by plain filling. Rest we can decide with an xray. If the caries (decayed part)  has reached near pulp of the  tooth then we require rct and a crown over it once we are done with rct. Crowns are a must after rct. You can visit our clinic in sector 40 gurgaon.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist ASAP without risking the tooth further
Health Tips

Yes. You have to go for rct (root canal treatment). Your teeth are deeply carious (decayed).
Next Steps
Go for a x-ray first before any treatment.
Health Tips
When you (patient) feel that food is stucking in your teeth, should visit dentist and get the tooth filled instead of waiting for pain.

Hi,From the pics you have sent considering the amount of tooth stucture present maybe you have to get the teeth removed followed by artificial replacement But still x ray & consultation with root canal specialist is required.

The condition of the teeth looks bad, We can save it by root canal treatment which is the treatment of the nerves inside the root followed by restoring the tooth with a cap.But we have to confirm our treatment plan with the help of an xray of the teeth involved to see the condition of the roots inside.
Next Steps
I recommend visiting your nearby dentist for Physical Examination & X-Ray.
