  4. Pain in lower back. Can anyone suggest?

Hello, I just wanted to ask that I'm having pain in my lower back .It pains whenever I sit on my PC to do work and after finishing after getting up from chair it pains.it dosent pains the whole day .It only pains whenever I sit on PC .So can anyone suggest
