Since 5 days I get this pain intermittently in lower back not right above the hip but little up. I have gone through the symptoms for kidney issues but I didn't see any symptoms yet but I am a little worried. My urine colour is clearly white. I also booked a body checkup to make sure. Basically, I sit a lot like in the office, in the cab, at home. I drink water and never stop my pee. I do a little walking as well.
I am wondering what could be the cause of pain?
