You are probably sitting on surfaces where you are having a challenge and difficulty in getting up since years. Due to this your leg muscles have become weak, overworked and stiff. Pain on walking is due to stretching of these weak stiff muscles. Inability to bend knee is due to tight muscles of front of your thigh.
