Pain in left leg n lower back
My wife has severe pain in left leg and lower back. It aggravates when she stands and walks. Please advise what could be reason. She is taking painkiller signaflame.

This can also be due to stiff muscles of that leg which are getting stretched on standing and walking. To differentiate between this and nerve compression, ask her to wear a footwear that is tall from behind. If she feels better then it's muscular. Make her sit at a good height and do appropriate stretching exercises.

This is due to lumbar spondylosis leading to stenosis causing nerve compression
