Pain in knee
Hello doc , I have a pain in my knee from last 2-3 months . I am not facing issue in walking , climbing up stairs but it is just even ever i try to sit on the floor or i get up from the it pains alot , even if i fold my leg then also i feel pain.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. It’s called CHONDROMALACIA PATELLA. Cartilage under knee cap is slightly damaged. Common in people who have a sedentary job like IT professionals. Solution Is avoid bending the knee more than 90 degrees and stand up from chair every one hour. Tab HILIN GM is helpful, but x ray both knees before starting treatment is better. Do some knee strengthening excercises twice a day is helpful
