Pain in jaw and discomfort in ear
I got my left side wisdom tooth extracted two months ago and after one month i had pain in that area and ear so i was adviced to take antibiotics and now again there is discomfort and mild pain in the ear ,jaw and aslo my left side lymph node uder the jaw is painful.

If you have sensitivity also in the last tooth of lower left side? What is the status of pain it is mild boring or unbearable pulsating pain? If it is confirmed that the whole of the wisdom tooth has been removed? If the last tooth near wisdom tooth has been treated or not.
Next Steps
will need and x ray iopa or opg which is available to conclude it. if there is any short of food lodgement at extracted site.

try to maintain hygiene more on that area if mild boaring pain. lf sharp pain have to go for treatment of last tooth on that side. in the meantime you can go for medication.

Hi .. the pain could be because of the extraction site or the front teeth which also has caries Are u able to open ur mouth like before .. are you doing the mouth exercises suggested to you .. due to restricted opening also it may pain .. Do you have any metallic taste in your mouth or any foul smell coming from ur mouth .. was the surgery done for a long period of time .. many factors to be discussed

Hi, Their is cavity in second molar, tooth before wisdom tooth which is removed. So pain is due to that tooth, you have to go for Root canal treatment.

As per your xray your wisdom tooth was impacted. In this your last tooth had damaged your next tooth If pain persists then you have to go for root canal in adjoining tooth

Most probably it's an adjoining tooth to your wisdom tooth which is causing trouble.it is a common finding when due to position of wisdom tooth the adjoining tooth becomes carious. If you have already taken medicines than you need to consult dentist immediately. Tooth might require RCT or extraction. That can be decided on examination only.

Hi...there is a cavity in your second molar which could be the reason for pain. For now brush well, rinse with warm saline rinses. Start with tab ceff 500mg and tab enzoflam twice daily for 5 days after meals. Avoid sleeping on affected side Avoid chewing on affected side
