This thigh problems may be due to delivery. Ypu have to wait for atleast 1 month if pain is not severe. If pain is severe then consult gynaecologist , for rule out the causes for pregnancy. If it is Not for pregnancy then consult Me or any general physician for treatment. Piles and fissure are veey pain ful conditions. They may be relapse. Take healthy food , do Not take junk food spicy food regularly. Regular yoga is better for you. Regular passing of stool is very much good for you. For any help do not hesitate to contact.

Piles is mainly due to our lifestyle changes 1.less intake of liquids 2.leading to constipation 3. meat, maida, high protein diet causes constipation 4.Straining during passing motion etc Change is all these things can significantly bring down your piles. Other than this you take laxatives to keep the stools soft to avoid worsening of piles. But if you have mass coming out of anus then Surgery is advised. Please contact me for both Medical treatment and surgical options and get rid of your piles permanently.
