Piles is mainly due to our lifestyle changes
1.less intake of liquids
2.leading to constipation
3. meat, maida, high protein diet causes constipation
4.Straining during passing motion etc
Change is all these things can significantly bring down your piles.
Other than this you take laxatives to keep the stools soft to avoid worsening of piles.
But if you have mass coming out of anus then Surgery is advised.
Please contact me for both Medical treatment and surgical options and get rid of your piles permanently.
