According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from Red rashes on the thigh .
You should take Treatment as follow as
1-cap Pantop DSR 1 time per day for 3 days before food.
2-Tab 1 al 1 time per day for 1 week after food.
3-Tab Itmac 200 mg 2 time per week after food .
4-Cap Multivitamin A to z Gold 2 time per day for 1 week after food for strength and immunity.
5-Ointment Betnovate GM 2 time per day for 7 day.
