Pain in heel
Sir,
I am jump from staircase and i get fracture in my heel.. so after consulting doctor they make plaster on my heel but steel i have pain in my heel and foot after making plaster...so what can i do?

Usually pain should subside after putting plaster, I would suggest you to keep the foot elevated, do not keep pillow under heel, let it remain free, if u still continue to have pain then I think plaster needs to be removed and the foot needs to be looked at.
