In this condition above your teeth any gums are seen and it comes between two teeth during mastication. It call pericoronitis.you should start antibiotic therapy. And as well as start use chlorhexidine mouth wash and try to  maintain the hygiene of that area.

There seems to be an impacted third molar/wisdom tooth in that area. I would advice rinses with lukewarm water and salt, Apply mucopain gel in that region half an hour before eating your meals , gently massage it with clean fingers and get an OPG (full mouth xray) done to see the position of your third molar. Then visit a dentist and get it extracted

Hii.. There can be gums behind your wisdom teeth. It is called pericoronitis. You should visit the dentist for pain. It can be because of the wisdom teeth.. get the X ray done to see if there's any cavity producing. If minor, you can have medicine otherwise you should get it removed.

I think it’s pericoronities. But clinical examination required. Use mouthwash, mucopain gel 3 times a day on gum
