Hello dear Please be calm See it is pericoronitis which is causing pain I suggest you to maintain hygiene,get an x ray to see for operculctomy or extraction ad treatment option In the meantime do warm saline rinses and you can take medications but for that please share your drug allergy history

Do warm saline rinses 6 to 7 times daily .If not cured you will have to go for extraction of tooth.

Hello, This condition is known as Pericoronitis, your wisdom tooth is erupting in the wrong direction, known as bucally placed ( towards the cheek), you need to get an XRay done & get it extracted.

Rinse with lukewarm water with a pinch of salt (2-3 times/day) Rinse with betadiene gargle twice a day for 5 days. Maintain hygiene & avoid eating from this side.
