  4. Pain in body. And they are really heavy!

I have been having pain in my lower back since two days. yesterday i started having pain in my stomach and head. now my left arm hurts (that happens alot by the way) and my heart is beating fast and i feel like throwing up a little. also i feel really tired nowadays even if i get enough sleeo and for some reason i dont know i am really scared. by the way if that matters, i get my period after every 3-4 days and they are really heavy
