Good Morning.
Often cavity between the teeth is difficult to see unless it has destroyed a good amount of tooth structure. Nonetheless, it does give symptoms like pain, sensitivity to hot/cold/sweet.
So, even if its not visible there is a good chance that cavity has formed there.
Another reason could be food impaction between those two teeth causing gum to swell and therefore pain.
Either ways visit your dentist she/he will find out the culprit and treat accordingly.
I depends which teeth they are also, your visibility might be limited, also if they cavity is between or in the contact areas of the teeth they can be seen only by a x ray.
Next Steps
Kindly see a dentist and ask for a thorough examination and x ray where needed.
Health Tips
