The first thing you need is an evaluation to make sure whether you have got inflammatory back pain or its mechanical. Inflammatory back pain is more common in young population and can be indicative of Seronegative spondyloarthropathies. It needs to be ruled out. Please seek an opinion of Rheumatologist
