I have pain in back n I had consulted with orthopedist n also done MRI and HLA B 27.
Doctors said having sacroilitis n also HLAB 27 Test was positive.
Please suggest best treatment to cure early.

Hello... The specific sacroiliitis treatments will be determined primarily by the type and severity of the patient’s symptoms, and the underlying cause of the sacroiliitis.sacroilitis could be isolated problem or associated with some other diseases like crohns disease.....There is surgically and non surgical method. At first doctor try non surgical way if pain is not subsiding they go for surgical correction.
