Pain in back
I have pain in back , back bone and bone marrow the back pain is too much that I couldn't move neck last night I push a full cylinder and a full watery bucket I think that's why I have the pain what should I do now???

Hello Sir, Ice or heat compresses can be used, treatment depends on the underlying cause. Strengthening the muscles in your belly, along with your spine is a great way to prevent back pain.physical therapy may be required with the therapeutic modalities and excercise. Thank you!

Just relax and rest, apply ice packs and watch for a day. If you have any anti-inflammatory take on your physicians advice. If still pain  persists get back

It is muscle spasm, take rest, icing for 2 days after that hot water formantation. Consult your nearest physiotherapist for more.muscle relaxent will also help.

It could be muscle spasm or muscle strain. You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day for three days. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. Take rest. Avoid frequent or prolonged neck bending activities.
