I feel pain in my elbow when I stretch and lock it. I practise boxing, I did a wrong punch against the punching bag, after which this pain started. There is no pain while doing usual gym activities like pushups, biceps curls, bench press. The pain is only when I stretch it and locking it. It is also not aggravating, remains in the same level of pain for weeks. Whom I need to consult an Orthopedic or a Physiotherapist?

Hi.., likely possibility that you are overstretching the tissues. Do gentle stretch and take 5-7 sittings of ultrasound from physiotherapist. If no relief then u can consult orthopedician.
