Both are unrelated problems. Neck and shoulder pain may be because of trapezitis. Ear problem can be because of wax. Get it checked. Do not ignore neck pain. Visit and ortho surgeon.

Hello... your pain in the neck radiating to shoulder and stuffiness in the ear are different entities..consult an ENT specialist regarding your ear problem..and coming to neck pain might be due to muscle spasm or cervical spondylitis...if it is radiating to shoulder and tingling and numbness of fingers..it might be due to cervical disc problem..
Next Steps
use soft cervical collar regularly.. avoid bending of neck as it causes compression of small nerve roots in cervical spine... use cervical pillow.. avoid regular pillow..hot water bag application two times a day minimum.. physiotherapy isometric neck exercises and strengthening exercises..take PREGALIN M 75 night times week to 10 days night time...take ultracet or combiflam if pain occurs..tab calcium and vit d 3 supplements upto few weeks to 1 month

Pain from neck to shoulder can be due to muscle , cervical spine and cervical disc issues..Also numbness associated with pain makes disc more likely as the cause.. Usually stuffiness in ear is not associated with these symptoms..It might be something else..
Next Steps
You should get proper clinical examination done by an Orthopedic doctor and ENT doctor.
