Pain from backpack??

Asked for Female, 26 Years

From last 2 months I'm experiencing lower back pain and pain under my breast(same amount of time I've been using a backpack instead of a handbag). Now everytime I sneeze I get very bad and sharp pain under my left breast and tolerable pain in lower back and hip.

Back pain is different from ur lower breast pain more over it may be a interscapular pain kindly do consult an ortho and have his opinion too u can get relief from the back if u also consult a physiotherapist who teach you some exercises for the back and give you some treatment modalities
