Im having pain between my bum n upper thighs..the pain is something like " chitti kaatna jesa"...This is happening for 6 mnths...i googled my symptom gogle ended my symptom Rectal cancer

Get a MRI lumbosacral spine, you may have spondyloarthritis due to long hours of riding vehicle or long hours of sitting

No it does not mean that you have rectal cancer. It might be a nerve compression. If you have associated pain in your lower back as well consult an orthopaedician.
