From last 3 years m having some pain bottom of my Bums upper thigs area ?? It happens only when I sit then gets disappear..Not any other problem In walking climbing stair day to day routine?? IS THIS can be due to rectal cancer??

First of all it is not due to Rectal cancer. Rectal cancer has a different clinical presentation and a 29 year old lady doesn't get Rectal cancer.
From your symptoms it is suggestive of some infection. Please consult a Gynaecologist or a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination and further management.

Was there an injury at that region three years back?
Is there a swelling?
Get a CT scan done.
If there is a visible lesion it will be illuminated and will show upon the scan.
And yes until then take theseeds for pain relief,
Tab. Zerodol sp one tablet after lunch, amd one after dinner.
