Hii Good evening Doctors I have slight pain in the back of my thigh after sitting at my desk in college...this is happening almost 2 years..Do i have BONE CANCER

It is muscle pain Please maintain  proper posture Tab aceclo mr if the pain is very severe Use heat pack for local relief.

You are only  22 years old. You are getting pain in the back of your thighs because of wrong posture of sitting.  You don't get adequate thigh support while sitting.   It happens if you are very tall  (5'8" or more) or if the seat of your chair is not long enough  (front- backwards).
