Pain before period
Some days Before my period i experience anal irritation and burning sensation in rectum and back pain also i get severe cramps it gets hard to control my poop ,this time during period also my bleeding is less , is there anything to worry

If by irritation you mean itching it could be because of worms
You can take a course of deworming and connect with a Gastroenterologist
Less flow during periods could be because of hypothyroidism or lack of exercise and weight gain

Hello Dear ,
Having such troublesome periods which is so painful and affects your bowel cycle also , you are probably suffering from Endometriosis.
You should do an ultrasound to evaluate for any obvious signs of endometriosis, though sometimes it can be silent on ultrasound.
Laparoscopy is the only confirmation of Endometriosis which gives an opportunity to " see and treat " any lesions that are seen to allow for best possible clearance of the disease so you get relief .
There are several options that you can avail for your pain, you do not need to suffer like this .
Take painkillers ( nsaid+ antispasmodic combo) in every period . There are other hormonal and non-hormonal options for you . They exist in many forms ... tablets like Dienogest , oral contraceptive pills or injections like Leuprolide etc and even newer formulations like Elagolix .
