Pain at Latissimus dorsi Muscle
I have been pain at the Latissimus dorsi muscle for 7 years, I think it was start from , When i was playing football and it was raining day with heavy Wind, I did wear shirt at that time i was naked, View months later, I feel this pain starts from Latissimus dorsi muscle then goes to the 12 rip over the spleen, I took NSAID like Diclofen or Aspirin To relief pain When I Use the pain will relief but when I stay for a day i feel it again, Then pain will increase at Morning or Cold wether. Answer?

You may strengthen the lattismus dorsi muscle,stretching exercises and heating fomentation. you consult the physiotherapist also.
