Hello sir,
Due to insufficient information.. I can only suggest you that if there is pain along with swelling then plz apply ice pack for 10 mins... If there is no swelling but just pain then apply hot pack for 10-20 mins. Don't lift weights.. Don't sleep on affected side... And do wrist pumps or smiley ball exercise... And do finger climbing exercise on wall.
But do visit Orthopedician and then act accordingly.
Hey there! Well I can't tell the actual problem because of insufficient data. I need to visibly see your discomfort area.

Hello Sir,
If the pain is due to some injury of muscle pull then you must apply cold compression till the inflammation subsides & take rest.
If the pain is not due to the above reasons then vedio consultation is recommended for test & advice .core muscle exercises - soft tissue mobilisation along with some electro therapy modalities may be required
Next Steps
Observe carefully after applying cold compress & rest , if still pain persists Physiotherapy may required
Health Tips
Cold compress, soft tissue mobilisation, cupping, electro therapy, kinesiology tape may be helpful. Thank you.
