Pain and crown
I had root canal of upper last 2nd root in aug 2022.That time dentist put a temporary filling and no crown was placed.1 week before the filling came out and it was without filling for 4-5 days. The dentist had grinded teeth and placed temporary filling and plans to go for crown. My issue- I still feel tightness in the area above tooth and sometimes pain is also there.

Hi, I suggest you get an x-ray taken for the root canal treated tooth. Make sure before a permanent filling is done, the tooth is infection free.
