Pain after RCT
In first X-ray, first doctor is saying that root filled is overextended but in second X-ray, second doctor is saying root filled is short extended. Both x-rays are attached in same order. First one is of whole mouth and sec ond one is particular to that 2 teeth. I am suffering from pain after 3 months of RCT What is the solution ?

We would have to examine you in order to determine if the pain is coming from the first molar or the second one and then rule out the cause of pain. The root canal obturation is short but I would also like to rule out if any fracture of the first molar furcation area and also if any pain is due to the wisdom tooth

Hello You need to consult an endodontist for a re-rct of the teeth and crown is mandatory after rct so get it done. The root Filling seems to be inadequate.avoid having hard food till crown is placed to avoid teeth fracture.for more queries you can call at our clinic. Regards Dr.Bhawana Singh

Actually in both x ray we can see that canals of the root are not filled properly U can take a course of antibiotics and see if the pain subsides Else have to get either Rct done again or tooth removal
