Ovulation and periods after d&c
Hi, I had a medical abortion on Nov 14 at 5 weeks pregnant and had bleeding for 1 week. I took a pregnancy test on 24th November and it was still positive.  Later in the scan we found some rpoc and endometrial thickness 6.5mm and went for D&C on Nov 29th. It's been 18 days since then and no period so far. For the last 2-3 days I'm getting some very mild pain in the pelvis for few times a day for 20-30 seconds and goes off. Is it because of ovulation or is it anything else?

Usually periods comes after 4-5 weeks of D&C. Pls make sure you don’t have unprotected intercourse during this time as it can lead to another pregnancy
