Overweigt Problem
My weight is 118 Kg , I want to loose my weight , I don't eat too much , during breakfast I eat sometimes 2 to 3 parathas with omlet or egg chowmin , during lunch time I eat rice with chicken or someday mutton also , during evening time I use to have tea or coffee and I eat 2 rotis with chicken at dinner and I think it is my perfect food habit .
