1.Watch your calorie content. 2. eliminate sugar,fat and preservatives from your diet. 3. drink a lot of water, this will fill your stomach and decrease your food cravings. 4. burn those calories , choose whatever physical activity you like aerobics, dancing etc. 5. use a good fitness app on your smartphone to keep track of your activities and calories.this will also keep you motivated to do more good work.
