There are no short cuts to weight management. You can try a different set or mode of exercises , example power yoga or sessions of abdominal exercises 3 times a week. Make a habit of tucking tummy in ( squeezed in) while you walk or while standing so muscles become tighter gradually.

females have tendency to accumulate fat in tummy area ,buttoks etc you need to meet good physical trainer to get rid of unwanted fat deposition. and keep watch on your diet
