check your height and weight...calculate BMI if you are above 30 you are obese otherwise not...if you are obese you can get diabetes and cardiac problems etc...by strict diet and exercise you can loose weight.
Hi, according to height your weight should be around 60-65kgs. And your body mass index is 28.6. Normal should be between 18.5 to 25. Add more of green leafy vegetables, fruits, green tea, lemon juice etc.., with regular exercises. Consult Dietitian..
