Yoga is a very good exercise which helps in increasing her flexibility but I wud suggest 30-45 mins of brisk walk along with diet modifications will help her in losing weight.
Ayurveda has wonderful medicines and treatments for weight loss but these will work only if diet and physical activities are added in her daily activities.
