Overthinking and health anxiety
I overthink a lot on my physical symptoms. I visited 4 doctors. They all said that I have just anxiety. I am having symptoms like head pressure, stiff neck, brain fog, unreal feeling, light chested feeling, nerve pain in upper body, numbness and tingling in hand, extreme & intense fatigue, sound sensitivity, light sensitivity, fear of everything, fear of falling down while walking, I can't stand or sit for too long due to this fear. Also having whole body shaking & vibration. Always thinking that I have a very deadly disease. Feeling low whole day. Anxiety have taken my motivation & my interest away from me. Suggest what should I do?

It seems to be anxiety neurosis leading to stress disorder. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with homeopathic medication and counseling sessions effectively and without any side effects.

Hello... am glad you have reached out. Yes, the experience you share would be very disturbing and I am sure with the doctors telling you that it is anxiety is not going to make it go away. I would recommend you consult a psychologist. If you want you can connect with me online, I have worked with people who have had similar experience, by identifying what is it that is bothering you and triggering these experiences. Using approaches like emdr will not only alleviate the bodily discomfort, but also will help you to be more calmer. In the meanwhile, you can read up on Rick Hansons work Just One Thing... these are very short excercises that will help you to be present...
Next Steps
orient yourself to the present 1. notice where you are sitting( if not sitting, then sit on a chair with feet touching the ground) and notice your feet touching the ground 2. name 5 objects that you see in your surrounding 3.  name 4 colors that you see in your surrounding.. if there is blue, count how many objects have blue color on them 4. name 3 sounds that you hear in your surrounding like fan, lift, bird call etc... 5. name 2 smells that you can smell presently 6. slowly bring focus on your breath and notice the inhalation and exhalation.
