I do exercise daily and jogging also .. My diet consist very less fat i avoid junkies instead i feel my leg are getting fat from where i don't knw compare to my upper body it's very fatty and bulk kind of. I don't have any medical issues also I want knw its body fat or muscle problem and some Time it's genetics also i have heard so what should i do to know dis then according i can start my gym or yoga so please help relevant ans
